Realize that in this time period it practically takes the hands of a jeweler to create sturdy, reliable lockpicks. Prices are steep, and vary depending on whether a person wishes one tool or a proper set. One purchasing such supplies are required to sign an agreement not to use such items within or upon the tavern itself, including a drop of their blood.
Fence
Characters may present stolen goods, essentially pawning them for coin. You will not receive the full value of the item, as you're giving up some portion of the profit in exchange for the knowledge that the stolen goods can never be traced back to you. Likewise, prices will fluctuate based on size, demand, and the risk of safety to the fence.
Natural Poisons
As Miss Jaguar is a rather advanced herbalist, she's quite capable of providing naturally harvested poisons, specializing on those gotten from plants. Miss Tara on the other hand provides poisons harvested from animals, particularly aquatic ones.
Chemical Poisons
Seeing as they are being bought and resold, any manner of chemical poisons are acids are decidedly more pricey than their natural counterparts. Just sayin.

Damage
Please be realistic when it comes to picking fights in and tearing apart the tavern. I know it's the 'classic' thing to do in tavern rp, but it's not like there's nobody there to stop you! There is always an NPC tender present who is perfectly capable of fetching the guard at the very least. It's no fun to constantly roleplay shelling out a bazillion dollars to fix all the stuff you broke to be cinematic!
